đŋ How Multi-Vendor Returns Work
FromTribe unites independent European artisan workshops. Because every piece is handcrafted and dispatched directly from independent makers, returns and shipping instructions are authorized directly by the fulfilling workshop on a case-by-case basis.
1. Submit Return Request (RMA)
Open an RMA request from your order history or using the lookup form within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
2. Workshop Authorization
The artisan reviews your request and provides the return shipping address and instructions for their atelier.
3. Ship With Tracking
Pack the item securely and dispatch it using a tracked shipping carrier according to the workshop instructions.
4. Automated Refund
Once the workshop receives and inspects the item, your refund is issued automatically to your original payment method via Stripe.
Submit Return Request
Enter your order reference and the email used at checkout to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) directly to the maker.
EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU)
Consumers residing in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from distance purchases without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you acquire physical possession of the goods. In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, personalized or custom-made goods fabricated to individual consumer specifications are exempt from statutory withdrawal.
đĻ Return Shipping Responsibilities
Unless the product is defective or arrived damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, as specified in EU distance selling regulations.
